Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

If you wish to place an order from a country that is not on this list, please contact us with your request.

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and are calculated before check-out. 

Standard delivery within Europe is within 1-5 working days.

Expeditions are manage within 1-2 business days from the moment you submit your order.

Add 10 days for the made to order editions. The time necessary to manufacture your piece.

You will be advised by email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.

 You will then have the opportunity to follow the shipment with online tracking number.

How can I return my online order?

Editions made to order are not refunded.

You have 15 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of delivery.

Once you have arranged the return, your parcel must reach us within:
- 7 business days for returns within Europe
- 14 business days for returns from the rest of the world

We do not accept returns past this delay.

After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. However, goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging. If the return does not match these terms, we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

If you wish to return a jewel, please download the return form here. The form must be added to the parcel including the goods that you wish to return.

Note: we are packing manually and carefully each of your precious orders. By this way we have controlled the quality & integrity of all the pieces before to send it.

How can I return my online order?

Customers residing outside the European Union may be charged with additional taxes.
Maison Commun prices are excluded of all taxes applicable by the custom law of your country. If you are a non-european customer, please inform yourself of your country legal duties before purchasing.
